The owner he is very educated for his business, he explains everything and made all clear for us what is happening in each step of his work at our house. The RRR of Beverly Hills company was introduced to me due to a water leak that caused damage in my ceiling. The remediation team cam quickly and worked professionally while using air fans, dehumidifies and other specialized equipment. Miguel came by regularly just to check on us and make sure nothing was getting worse. They even helped us move a few things around to prevent further damage. They didn’t treat us like a number—they treated us like family. That kind of service is rare these days and felt very warm.
